a) Am I right in thinking that if all I want to do is an occasional LDT or MCC Trial then all I have to do is complete the new single sheet?
b) I can't find last year's licence so am not sure of my ACU membership number. My guess is that it is one of the two numbers shown on the printed application form to the right of and below my name and address. My guess is that it is the left hand number. Can anyone confirm please?
