Just to let you all know, we still get out and about in this area. Just back from a top day out that ended with a flat rear trials tyre that made for an interesting last few miles.

How did the ride go Scar?

I know Somerset ex-RUPPs have been plastered with Restricted Byway signs. Much left to ride on the Somerset side of the border?

Hi Grumpy. Still plenty to go at however, a lot of the Dorset lanes have been ruined from our point of view by grading.
2 or 3 of us out this Sunday for the day.

2 of us headed East yesterday and tackled some wet and slippery lanes that we have not done for a few years. Great day out and only saw a family out walking and 2 illegal crossers blatting around.

Off down to Bratton at Minehead they have hired it for the day £35 ride 10.00-4.30 on an enduro track. I know I can ride the lanes for free but there is so much SH*T bleh.gifhappening around here at the moment it has taken all the fun and enjoyment out of it for me, and I use to go out every Sunday with out fail 100-150 mile loop.

Who has hired the track at Bratton ?
Where abouts are you based to be having so much trouble on the lanes ?
Quantocks perhaps ?

I am based near Taunton. Are going down to Minehead? a few of us are meeting at the crosss keys on the taunton to Minehead road at 08.00 then down to Mc Donalds at Minehead for breakfast.
