To get back to the home page you click "Main Page"
To access your User Details click "User Details" - couldn't be easier, but I know it's confusing until you are used to it.

In 'User Details' you can edit all of the information about you (which you supplied when you registered) and under 'Settings' you can specify if you want an email digest sent to you and how often. It also allows you to see the most recent topics that have been added to or created.
